Romans 12:2–“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your minds, so that you may discern what is the will of God—what is good and acceptable and perfect.”
In November 1954, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. preached a sermon at Dexter Avenue Baptist Church titled “Transformed Nonconformists.” Aidsand Wright-Riggins wrestles with a similar theme outlining ways to protest moral and societal madness without being driven mad in the process.
