Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Bath

Himalayan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries for meditation and healing purposes. The calming vibrations of the bowls naturally transport you into a state of deep relaxation.
It’s called a ‘Sound Bath’ because you bathe, fully dressed, in the calming sound of the bowls. Sound baths can be enjoyed equally well both sitting in a chair or lying on the ground.
All you need to do is relax into the soothing vibrations of the bowls. As they wash around you and through you, you’ll experience for yourself the magic they bring.

Qatana Samanen has been using the Himalayan Singing Bowls in her therapy practice and the workshops she leads for decades. Over the past several years, she has deepened her study of this ancient modality to offer individual healing sessions and Sound Bath concerts.
