Educator Anita Mentzer has always felt a strong sense of responsibility for others and, along with it, a sense of obligation to speak up on behalf of others. She invites us to explore with her the relationship of spirituality to social justice advocacy and the willingness to combat injustice. A member of the UU Church of Harrisburg, PA, she was appointed Director of UU Pennsylvania Legislative Action Network (UUPLAN) in August 2014, having previously served as co-chair of the UUPLAN Economic Justice Team and as a UUPLAN Board Member.
