2016 AIDS WALK PHILLY ~ GETTING TO ZERO

Our Seventh year as a participating team and, our very best year, yet! Team TPUUF completed the Philadelphia AIDS Walk on October 16th. TPUUF teams have raised over $1000 dollars for the AIDS Fund each year of involvement and, this year was no exception. In fact, we were doing so well before the walk that Captain Phil decided to raise our team goal from $1000 to $1200 and then, again to $1500. This last goal was also exceeded and the final amount raised was an even, $1600. CONGRATULATIONS! Very well done, indeed!

Advances in treatment and new prevention strategies have now made “Getting to Zero” – zero new infections, zero deaths, zero stigma – an achievable goal!
