STRATEGIC PLANNING INITIATIVE UPDATE
We have completed all the initial strategic planning meetings that were originally scheduled. I have received a lot of information and feedback. Many issues were identified, and many ideas were offered for actions that might help address some of those issues. I want to thank everyone who participated. Your input and involvement are important to TPUUF’s future.

Over the summer, I will work on narrowing down all the information that I gathered and drafting a new strategic plan for TPUUF. It will be a 3-year plan with
approximately five goals listed as well as tasks and activities to meet those goals. As much as possible, the items listed in the plan will set measurable and attainable goals.

In the fall, I will schedule probably 2 more meetings (likely in person) where we will review the draft before it is eventually submitted for approval. My goal is to have this process completed in its entirety before Thanksgiving.
