President’s Message – March 2026

As the days grow longer and the first signs of spring begin to appear, I find myself reflecting on the Soul Matters theme for this month: Embracing Possibility.

Spring has always been a season of renewal — a time when the earth reminds us that change, growth and new beginnings are always possible. It invites us to look ahead with hope and to imagine what might yet unfold in our lives and in our beloved community.

Our Fellowship is a place where possibilities are nurtured every day. It is where questions are welcomed, where compassion is practiced, and where we come together to seek meaning and purpose. When we gather — in worship, in conversation, in service, or simply in shared laughter — we create something that none of us could create alone.

This spring brings many opportunities for connection and renewal. In the coming weeks we will enjoy special worship services and programs that invite us to learn, reflect and celebrate together. These events are reminders that our Fellowship is not just a building or an organization; it is a living community sustained by the energy, creativity and care of its members.

Spring also marks the beginning of our 2026 – 2027 pledge drive, an important moment in the life of our congregation. Our annual pledges make it possible for our Fellowship to thrive — to support meaningful worship, religious education, music, social justice work and the many ways we care for one another. Each pledge is a statement of faith in the future of this community and in the possibilities we can create together.

But supporting our Fellowship is about more than financial contributions. It is also about showing up. It is about being present for one another — sharing joys and sorrows, volunteering our time and talents, welcoming newcomers, and offering a listening ear or a helping hand. The strength of our community lies in these simple yet powerful acts of connection.

As we embrace the possibilities of the season ahead, I invite each of us to consider how we can help our Fellowship flourish. Perhaps it is by deepening your participation in worship, joining a program or committee, inviting a friend to visit or making a meaningful pledge during the campaign. Each step we take together helps ensure that this community remains a place of hope, belonging and spiritual growth.

Thank you for all the ways you contribute to the life of our Fellowship. I look forward to seeing what new possibilities spring will bring for us — together.

With gratitude and hope,
Linda
